Lead Innovation B.V. respects your privacy. This privacy policy sets out which data we process through this website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Lead Innovation, De Zodde 5, 1231 MA Loosdrecht, the Netherlands, is the controller of the data received through this website. You can reach us at info@leadinnovation.nl or +31 (0) 85-080 55 50.

The contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and the page on which you filled in the form. We only use this data to answer your question. The legal basis is your request itself: you are asking us to get in touch.

We keep your submission for one year, after which it is deleted automatically. The message is also forwarded to our team by email, so that we see it quickly.

Who helps us with this

For the website and the form we work with a few processors. We have made agreements with them about security and the use of your data:

• Cloudflare: the website runs on their network, and that is where submissions from the contact form are stored.
• Resend: sends the email with your submission to our team.
• StoryYo: builds and manages this website, and provides the videos and articles in the knowledge base.
• Sanity: stores the texts and images of the website. It holds no visitor data.

Some of these services process data outside the European Union. In that case this is done on the basis of the safeguards the GDPR provides for this, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Videos, chat and questions through other services

Some pages contain elements from other services: videos from Wistia, the question button from VideoAsk and the chat from Typebot. These only load when you click on them. Only then does your browser contact that service, and their own privacy terms also apply.

The videos and audio clips in the knowledge base come from Bunny, StoryYo's video service. The preview image of a video is loaded when you open the page, the video itself only when you press play. Bunny then sees your IP address, as with any other file your browser loads.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies or advertising cookies, and we do not follow you across other websites. That is why you do not see a cookie notice. If you click on a video, the question button or the chat of another service, that service may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. You can also object to its use, or ask to receive it in a commonly used format. To do so, send an email to info@leadinnovation.nl. We respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, please let us know first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

The website can only be reached over a secure connection (https). The form only accepts submissions from this website, and only our team can read the submissions.

Changes

If anything changes on the website that affects your data, we will update this privacy policy. The date below shows when that last happened.
