What will you do?
As a consultant you manage both existing and new accounts and make sure monday.com is tailored perfectly to each client's needs. You work closely with clients to set up the tool exactly the way they want it, advising them along the way and making sure deadlines and expectations are not just met, but exceeded. You design workflows, facilitate the integration of external applications and make full use of everything monday.com can do. You use the experience you gain to further refine Lead Innovation's services.

Who are we looking for?
We are thinking of someone with:
- Several years of experience in consultancy, implementation, support and training
- A strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
- A passion for digital transformation and business processes
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
- A creative and collaborative attitude
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience with low-code platforms is a plus
Experience with web development frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML or REST APIs is a bonus, especially if you are interested in building apps on top of monday.com.
